A Club Celebrating The Customs and Culture of Germany

Founded in 1971 by a dedicated group of five people, the German-American Social Club of Nevada initially held its meetings and gatherings in various locations throughout Las Vegas Valley, including members' homes.  With time and growth, the membership corporation purchased its current clubhouse in 1981 at 1110 E. Lake Mead Blvd., North Las Vegas. Our purpose is to provide cultural education, and to preserve German traditions, culture and heritage and to regularly meet in friendship.

Our club is open Sunday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with traditional German fare commonly being served on Saturday nights at 6 p.m.  Our annual events include German entertainment, in-house dance groups and Karneval groups and one of the most authentic Oktoberfest celebrations in the region. 

We are always looking for fresh faces and new ideas, and we welcome visitors and new members!  Your first three visits with us do not require a membership, so please stop in.  For membership details, call 702-201-1448 or email [email protected]. Whether you’re born in Germany, have German ancestry or just like the German culture, please come and visit and celebrate the German spirit with us at the German American Social Club of Nevada.
Im Juni 1971 von einer fest entschlossenen Gruppe von fünf Personen gegründet, wurden die Zusammenkünfte des Deutsch-Amerikanischen Vereins Nevada damals an verschiedenen Orten im Las Vegas Tal gehalten. Über Zeit und mit Mitgliederzuwachs wurde das Vereinshaus, in dem unser Verein jetzt zuhause ist, 1981 von der Mitgliedschaft am 1110 E. Lake Mead Blvd., in Nord Las Vegas gekauft. Unser Ziel ist es deutsche Traditionen und Kultur zu bewahren und zu vermitteln und uns regelmässig in Freundschaft zu treffen.

​Unser Verinshaus ist Sonntags, Dienstags, Mittwochs, Freitags und Samstags geöffnet wobei Samstags um 6 Uhr abends ein traditionelles deutsche Gericht angeboten wird. Unsere jährlich wiederkehrenden Veranstaltungen beinhalten diverse deutsche Unterhaltung, eine hauseigene Volkstanz- und eine Karnevalsgruppe und eines der authentischsten Oktoberfeste in der Gegend.

Wir halten immer Ausschau nach neuen Gesichtern und neuen Ideen, und wir begrűssen gerne neue Besucher und neue Mitglieder!  Fűr die ersten drei Besuche bei uns ist Mitgliedschaft nicht nőtig, so kommen Sie doch einfach vorbei, wir freuen uns Sie zu sehen.
