 Every year, Silvia Brunn spearheads the Children's Christmas Party for the members of GASCON. This year the party will be held on Sunday, December 18, starting at 2pm. There will be refreshments, entertainment by Charlie the Clown, and Santa Claus will bring a gift for each child 10 or younger. If you would like to bring a gift for a child that would like to attend but is older, you are welcome to do so ! Children that sing a song, recite a dance or a poem will get a ticket for a Special Raffle! - Please return the form below to the Club by December 10th. Also, if you would like to bring something, let us know. Thank you, Silvia Brunn, Chairperson 876-8221  Join us on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 7pm to 10pm (Doors open at 630pm) and celebrate 45 Years of the German-American Social Club of Nevada at Vintage Vegas Jazz Night. There will be free admission, cake, and a glass of champagne along with a great dish for purchase! Drop by and help us toast the club!
 On Saturday, June 25 the Club will be Honoring Past Board Members with a ceremony and a fabulous dinner of Beef Gulasch, Spaetzle Pasta, and Red Cabbage by Silvia.

In addition, Beverly Long, that same night, will be awarding membership pins to our members with 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and up years with the club. Join us on Saturday, June 18, 2016 for a great dinner of Stuffed Pork Roast with Mashed Potatoes and Salad by Rita and Alexandria and to help praise all those fabulous members that go above and beyond. The new board will serve from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017. Please come down anytime from 10 to 6 and cast your vote. Check out the Schützen Group in the morning while you're there or show up early for your reserved dinner spot. Ingrid will be cooking up Nurenberg Brats with Potato Salad. LET’S GO OUT TO THE BALL GAME. GASCON SPECIAL EVENT: LAS VEGAS 51s BASEBALL GAME  We will be going to a Las Vegas 51s baseball at Cashman Field
(850 Las Vegas Blvd. North Las Vegas, NV 89101) on Thursday, August 20th, 2015. They will be playing the Omaha Storm Chasers and the game starts at 7:05 pm. Tickets are $13 each and we will be sitting in the Plaza area. It will also be Budweiser Dollar Beer night. Parking is $3 in advance and $4 at the gate. To reserve your ticket, place cash or check (made out to Christina Gibson) in an envelope with your name and phone number included. All money is due no later than August 4th. Christina will purchase and pick up the tickets and then meet up with everyone before the game to distribute tickets. If you do not get your tickets pre-ordered, you can purchase a ticket at the gate ($14 - $30) and meet us at the game. GASCON club will be open following the game.
