 | Heimatabend Chinese New Year Chinese Dumpling Making by Leanne and Justin $13 members / $16 non-members Wednesday, February 10 at 6:00 pm Please RSVP by Fri, Feb 5 702-649-8503 On January 13th we held our first "Heimatabend", hosted by Richard and Sabine Schneider, our members from Basel, Switzerland. They prepared a Cheese Fondue in the traditional style of their home country. There were 40 people in attendance who truly enjoyed the evening, the great fondue, music and videos from Switzerland, The club was decorated beautifully with Swiss flags, banners and napkins. The next Heimatabend will be on Wednesday, February 10th when Leanne Crabtree, who lived in China for a few years, and also speaks the language, will prepare a "Chinese New Year" tasting with a hands on lesson on how to make Won Tons ! Please make your reservations by Friday, February 5th, These evenings are on a first call first serve basis since only up to 40 can attend to keep it fun.
